Content Creator & Videographer

I'm Lisa G: hairstylist, educator, salon owner (Him | Her Atelier), and founder of Straight Out of Cosmo, an education brand for hairstylists. I'm looking for an ongoing creative partner to film, create, and help grow my personal brand.

This is for you if you:

• Are hungry, motivated, and want to build something real
• Live on social media and research what's working without being told
• Can take an idea and run with it. I don't micromanage, and I need someone who doesn't need it
• Bring your own ideas, not just a camera

What you'll do:

• Film behind-the-chair, education, and day-in-the-life content
• Shoot and edit short-form video for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Research trends, formats, and hooks, and pitch content ideas
• Help plan and batch content around launches, campaigns, and events

Must-haves:

• Local to South Orange County (this is in person, not remote)
• Strong portfolio of short-form video you shot and edited
• Reliable, self-directed, and comfortable in a fast-paced salon environment

Bonus: beauty or hair industry experience, CapCut or Premiere skills, photography

Details: Independent contractor, part-time, flexible schedule. Starting at $22/hr.

To apply, send your portfolio or social links and tell me one piece of content you'd make for me first.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Benefits:

• Flexible schedule

Work Location: In person
