What you'll be doing

• Conceptualise and create a wide range of content, including blog posts, social media posts, videos, and other multimedia assets such as IG,TikTok, FB, etc.
• Develop content strategies that align with our overall marketing and brand goals, such as scripts, videos, and images.
• Optimise content for search engine visibility and user engagement
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content is on-brand and resonates with our target audience
• Monitor content performance and adapt strategies based on data-driven insights
• Stay up-to-date with the latest content marketing trends and best practices

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Content Creator or similar role in the marketing/communications industry
• Excellent writing and editing skills with a strong command of the English/Mandarin/Malay language. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Proficiency in creating visually appealing and engaging content across various mediums such as CapCut or Canva.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines
• Knowledge of search engine optimisation (SEO) and social media marketing best practices
• Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and digital marketing
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and graphic design tools
