About the Role
This is not a behind-the-scenes production role. You’ll be the face of the companies social media - thinking in content formats, writing your own scripts, and performing on camera. The content you’ll make is rooted in financial literacy and insurance education, but told like a friend who actually gets it. We want someone who can make a room-rent waiver feel as urgent as a movie release. If you can do that on a Reel, this is your role.

What You’ll Do

• Ideate, script, shoot, and deliver short-form content across Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts on a consistent weekly cadence.
• Present on camera with clarity, personality, and platform-native energy - not newsreader stiffness, not influencer chaos.
• Write hooks that stop scrolls and CTAs that drive action.
• Stay ahead of trends and tie them to money and insurance moments in ways that feel natural, not forced.
• Work closely with the editor, designer, and strategy lead to ship content that’s on-brand and performance-driven.
• Track what works, kill what doesn’t, and iterate fast. What You Need
• Up to 2 years of experience creating or hosting short-form video content.
• Comfortable on camera - this is non-negotiable.
• Strong Hinglish scripting ability; you write the way people actually talk.
• Solid understanding of what makes content perform on Instagram and YouTube - hooks, pacing, watch time, saves.
• Basic knowledge of insurance or personal finance is a strong advantage; willingness to learn is mandatory.
• You don’t need to be an actor. You do need presence, conviction, and the ability to make complex topics simple without dumbing them down.

What You’ll Create

Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, recurring content IPs (Dumb Questions, Money IRL, Vox Pops, Bad Money Habits), and formats that establish the company as a trusted, intelligent voice in the money-and-insurance space.
