Content Creator

At Avivo, we believe stories create connection. We're looking for a Content Marketer who can bring our purpose to life through clear, engaging and accessible content. You'll help grow awareness of Avivo's services, impact and advocacy by creating content that informs, inspires and strengthens community connection. Working within our Communications & Engagement Team, you'll create content across social media, websites, email marketing, campaigns and stakeholder communications while helping people understand who we are, what we do and why it matters.

What you'll do:

You'll bring Avivo's purpose and impact to life through content that is clear, authentic and accessible. Your work will include:

• Create engaging content across social media, web, email and campaign channels.
• Tell stories that showcase Avivo's impact and strengthen community connection.
• Manage and grow our social media presence across key platforms.
• Develop content that is clear, accessible and aligned to our brand.
• Partner with teams across the organisation to turn insights into compelling content.
• Create digital assets and campaign materials that support engagement and awareness.
• Use audience insights and performance data to continuously improve results.

What you need:

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

• Experience creating high-quality content across digital channels.
• Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills.
• Experience managing social media and website content.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, audience engagement, accessibility and SEO.
• Experience with email marketing and campaign delivery.
• Ability to create visual content using tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A data-informed mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

You are a skilled storyteller who enjoys turning ideas and experiences into meaningful content. You know how to write for different audiences and can adapt your style without losing authenticity. You're curious, collaborative and comfortable building relationships across an organisation to uncover stories worth sharing. Most importantly, you're someone who believes in inclusion, accessibility, respect and creating stronger communities through meaningful communication.
