Content Creator

JD :We are looking for a creative and energetic Content Creator to develop engaging, high-quality content across our social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, excellent storytelling skills, and the ability to create content that reflects the brand identity and drives audience engagement.

The Content Creator will be responsible for developing content ideas, appearing in or coordinating the production of social media content, and collaborating with the marketing and creative teams to deliver consistent and engaging content.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative and engaging content ideas for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
• Create short-form video content, including Reels, TikToks, stories, and promotional videos.
• Write creative captions, hooks, scripts, and content concepts.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, viral formats, sounds, challenges, and emerging content styles.
• Participate in content shoots and appear on camera when required.
• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, graphic designers, and other members of the creative team.
• Create content calendars and ensure content is delivered according to schedule.
• Develop content that supports marketing campaigns, promotions, services, events, and brand initiatives.
• Adapt content ideas to different platforms and target audiences.
• Monitor social media performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and reach.
• Assist in developing UGC-style and influencer-focused content.
• Ensure all content follows the company's brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone of voice.
• Collaborate with the Marketing and Operations teams to collect information and identify content opportunities.
• Cover events, activations, and important company activities when required.
• Conduct competitor and market research to identify new content opportunities.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, or a related field is preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media, digital marketing, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and short-form video content.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to visual details.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and presenting content when required.
• Good understanding of current social media trends.
• Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar software.
• Basic knowledge of Canva or other design tools is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Portfolio of previous content is required.

Working Conditions

• Full-time, on-site position.
• Availability to attend shoots, events, and activations when required.
• Flexible working hours may occasionally be required based on content shoots and events.
