We are looking for a creative and passionate Content Creator to join our remote team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital content trends, storytelling, social media platforms, and brand communication. You will be responsible for creating engaging content across multiple formats, helping brands build meaningful connections with their audiences.

Experience Level

• Trainee - Executive: 0 - 2 yrs
• Sr. Executive - Lead: 2 - 5 yrs
• Manager - Sr. Manager: 5 - 8 yrs
• Head - Director: 8 - 13 yrs
• AVP - VP: 13+ yrs

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Create engaging content for social media platforms, websites, blogs, campaigns, and digital marketing channels.
2. Develop creative concepts, scripts, captions, and storytelling ideas for brand campaigns.
3. Research industry trends, audience insights, and competitor content strategies.
4. Collaborate with designers, video editors, marketers, and strategy teams to develop impactful content.
5. Write and edit content that aligns with brand voice, marketing objectives, and audience expectations.
6. Create short-form content ideas for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital channels.
7. Support content planning through calendars, brainstorming sessions, and campaign ideation.
8. Analyze content performance and suggest improvements based on engagement metrics.
9. Stay updated with emerging content formats, social media trends, and creator economy developments.

Requirements

1. Strong writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
2. Ability to create engaging and original content ideas.
3. Experience with content creation tools and basic design/video editing tools is a plus.
4. Ability to research, understand audiences, and convert insights into creative content.
5. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects remotely.
6. Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.
