Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative and engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
• Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with clinic campaigns and marketing objectives.
• Create and edit short-form videos, Reels, Stories, photos, and other social media content.
• Attend the clinic to capture high-quality photo and video content of treatments, facilities, team members, and approved patient journeys.
• Develop creative concepts for campaigns, promotions, educational content, and brand awareness.
• Write engaging captions, hooks, scripts, and calls-to-action.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, viral formats, sounds, and content styles relevant to the healthcare and aesthetics industry.
• Collaborate with doctors, practitioners, marketing team members, and management to develop accurate and on-brand content.
• Ensure all published content reflects Nouvelage Clinics’ professional image and follows appropriate patient privacy and healthcare communication standards.
• Monitor content performance and use insights to improve future content.
• Support photoshoots, campaigns, events, and other marketing activities when required.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media, digital marketing, or a similar role.
• Strong skills in filming and editing short-form video content.
• Good knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and current social media trends.
• Strong creative storytelling and visual communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, Photoshop, or similar platforms.
• Ability to appear on camera or confidently direct on-camera talent when needed.
• Strong attention to detail and a good sense of aesthetics and branding.
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle multiple content projects.
• A portfolio or examples of previous content work are required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with healthcare, dermatology, aesthetics, beauty, wellness, or luxury brands.
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
• Experience creating educational and promotional healthcare content.
• Photography and lighting skills.
• Knowledge of current beauty and aesthetics trends.
