KEMET PRIME PROPERTIES is a newly launched real estate company in Dubai, built to bring a sharper, more premium voice to one of the world's most competitive property markets. We're not looking for someone who just makes content look good, we're looking for someone who understands how content actually drives inquiries and closes deals.

As our Content Creator, you'll be the face and engine of Kemet's social presence on camera, behind the edit, and shaping the strategy behind it all. You'll work hand in hand with our leadership and sales team to turn listings, market shifts, and brand moments into content people stop scrolling for and act on.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit high quality Reels and short form video for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Present on camera about properties, market insights, and brand content with confidence and authentic charisma.
• Write captions, hooks, and scripts that earn attention and drive real engagement
• Apply a working knowledge of platform algorithms, trending audio, and SEO to maximise organic reach.
• Grow Kemet's social following and engagement through consistent, high quality, strategically planned content.
• Own and manage the content calendar, ensuring steady, on brand posting across platforms.
• Partner closely with sales and leadership to align content with live listings, market updates, and brand milestones.
• Track content performance and deliver weekly reports covering key metrics, audience engagement, and actionable next steps/suggestions.
• Stay ahead of real estate content trends, testing new formats before they become saturated.

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record creating content specifically in real estate.
• A personal or professional Instagram/TikTok handle that shows real on camera presence and audience engagement.
• Strong video shooting and editing skills, mobile and camera based, with an eye for premium visual storytelling.
• Solid grasp of algorithm mechanics, hashtag and keyword strategy, and organic growth tactics.
• A confident, natural presenter, someone who can host and hold an audience.
• Ability to own content end-to-end, from concept through to publish, with minimal oversight.

What Qualifies You For The Role:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Film, Photography, or a related field preferred.
• 2-3 years of hands on experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing.
• Background managing social platforms and content calendars; real estate experience is preferred, with lifestyle, or destination/travel brands also considered relevant.
• Proficient in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, CapCut, or equivalent. A portfolio of previous work is required to apply.
