Nail's Space is a premium nail and beauty studio in Canggu, serving a mostly international client — expats and travelers who expect quality, consistency, and a great experience every visit. We run lean and move fast: everyone here owns their part of the work directly, and we trust people to run with real responsibility rather than micromanaging every step.

About the role
This role is for someone who genuinely loves the beauty world — nails, lashes, brows, the whole aesthetic of it — and wants to turn that interest into real, hands-on work. As our Content Creator, you'll be the person turning ideas into finished content — from planning what to shoot, to executing it, to seeing it perform. A typical week might look like mapping out the content plan and shotlist for the week ahead, shooting on-site during treatments or set-up moments, editing raw footage into finished posts, and staying on top of how content is landing so you can adjust what's next. You'll work closely with the team and get real creative ownership over how our story gets told.

What you'll own:

• Build content strategy and plans with real thinking behind them — not just "post more," but content with a clear purpose
• Create shotlists and storyboards before shooting, so every session has direction
• Shoot and execute content yourself, from setup to final take
• Take feedback well and act on it quickly
• Spot what's not working and bring a fix, not just a flag
• Able to work on site Monday - Friday from 10.00 - 18:00 / 11.00 - 19.00
• Stay reasonably responsive to content-related chats between 8 AM–10 PM, since social media momentum often falls outside standard hours
• Being confident on camera is a bonus, not a requirement — we care more about your eye and your follow-through than whether you like being filmed
