- Pengalaman kerja minimal 1 tahun sebagai Content Creator (lebih disukai di sektor konstruksi, property, atau industri sejenis).
- Memiliki portfolio kampanye digital, konten, atau hasil iklan.
- Menguasai Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).
- Memahami funneling iklan dan audience targeting.
- Mampu membaca dan mengoptimasi performa content (reach, engagement, dan leads).
- Mengelola konten Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, dan Facebook.
- Kreatif dan mampu menghasilkan ide konten yang relevan dengan target market.
- Memiliki dasar copywriting dan storytelling.
- Dasar desain menggunakan Canva/ Photoshop.
- Editing video ringan (CapCut/ Premiere/ VN)
