About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and trend-savvy Content Creator to join our team in PT. Agung Food Industrindo. As a content creator, you will be at the forefront of promoting our range of powdered drink products— including assorted flavoured drinks, collagen drinks, and fiber drinks—through engaging and visually appealing content that aligns with our brand's marketing strategy.

The ideal candidate must possess a deep understanding of the Instagram and TikTok ecosystems, as well as the ability to produce high-quality, engaging video content.

What you'll be doing

• Content Strategy Development: Develop and execute an effective content strategy to promote our powdered drink products across various digital platforms, with a primary focus on Instagram (Feed, Stories, Reels) and TikTok.
• Video Content Production: Plan, shoot, edit, and produce high-quality, engaging, and shareable video content (product reviews, tutorials, behind-the-scenes, challenges, etc.).
• Social Media Management: Manage and optimize posts on Instagram and TikTok, including writing compelling captions, using relevant hashtags, and actively interacting with the audience.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure content supports overall campaign objectives (increasing brand awareness, engagement, and sales conversions).
• Performance Analysis: Analyze content performance data (reach, engagement rate, conversion rate metrics) on both platforms, and provide insights for future optimization.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with F&B industry trends, the latest social media algorithms, and viral content formats on TikTok and Instagram.

What we're looking for

• Instagram & TikTok Expert: A deep understanding of the latest features, trends, and algorithms of both platforms.
• Video Expertise: Proficient in shooting and editing videos (using mobile editing apps like CapCut, InShot, or desktop software like Adobe Premiere Pro/Final Cut Pro).
• Strong Portfolio: A proven track record demonstrated through a portfolio showcasing successful creation of engaging social media content.

Other Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in content creation or social media management (experience in the F&B or lifestyle industry is a plus).
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills; ability to translate product information into engaging and easily digestible content.
• Basic visual design skills (using Canva or other design tools).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and meet tight deadlines.
• A strong passion for the health drink industry (collagen and fiber) and a deep understanding of current consumer preferences.
