Content Creator

About the role

We are seeking a creative and innovative Content Creator to join the UMIFIKA Bakery team. This position is responsible for creating engaging content to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales through various digital platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Create daily content ideas and concepts as well as campaigns
• Photograph and film bakery and coffee products
• Edit videos using CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, or similar software
• Design simple graphic content according to brand identity
• Write engaging captions appropriate to target market
• Manage social media posting schedules
• Follow social media trends and adapt them for brand needs
• Collaborate with marketing, barista, and production teams during content creation
• Cover promotions, events, and new product launches
• Help increase engagement and growth of social media accounts

About you

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree
• Experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Specialist, or similar position is a plus
• Experienced in creating content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Facebook
• Able to take photos and videos using smartphone or camera
• Proficient in editing applications: CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator
• Understanding of basic photography and videography
• Creative, communicative, and full of content ideas
• Understanding of social media algorithms and digital trends
• Willing to work on weekends if there are events or campaigns
• Able to work independently and in a team
