What You Will Do?

• Content Generation: Research and develop fresh, engaging ideas for daily posts. Capture high-quality, "appetizing" photos and videos of food, beverages, and the restaurant atmosphere.
• Post-Production: Edit photos and videos (Reels/TikToks) rapidly, ensuring they are optimized for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Xiao Hong Shu.
• Social Media Execution: Write, edit, and publish daily posts. Monitor trends and viral audios to ensure our content remains relevant and "in the loop."
• Community Management: Respond promptly and professionally to follower questions and comments, fostering a positive online community.
• Campaign Support: Work closely with the creative team to execute visual assets for promotions and special events.
• Reporting: Assist in tracking social media metrics (likes, shares, reach) and identifying opportunities to boost interaction.
• Brand Alignment: Ensure all content produced follows the established brand tone, voice, and aesthetic guidelines.

Who We Are Looking For?

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Content Creator or in Social Media Marketing.
• Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Strong photography and videography skills for food and beverage content.
• Creative and trend-aware, able to attract and retain audience attention.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Malay and English (Mandarin is an added advantage).
• Flexible with working hours, especially evenings and weekends.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills and self-motivated to achieve results.
