About the role
As a Content Creator you will be working closely with the content and editorial team on creating social media contents for clients of different industries which best help them to create awareness to their Company and/or products. The content should ultimately help to drive sales to them too.
Key responsibilities
- Work closely with the content and editorial team in storyboarding, shooting, editing and subtitling
- Keep up to date with social media trends
- Constantly look for new ways to improve and/or come up with new video content
- Conduct research and gather information for customer's portfolio development
- Coordinate shooting programmes and prepare shooting materials
- Manage customer needs and expectation
- Handle customer enquiries and requests
- Build relationship with customers
- Administer customer feedbacks
- Liaise with suppliers and customers/clients
- Manage project timeline
