Role Overview

We are in search of a dynamic, multifaceted Content Creator who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, video editing, and digital strategy. As a core member of our creative team, you will craft engaging scripts, assemble video content, and actively manage our brand's presence across multiple social media platforms. You will not only create the content but also analyze its performance, using data-driven insights to optimize our campaigns and keep our digital footprint ahead of the latest trends. Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Copywriting

• Handle dual responsibilities of scriptwriting and basic video editing for a wide range of projects.
• Lead comprehensive content planning and strategy, mapping out targeted messaging aligned with marketing goals.

Video Editing & Production

• Perform video editing tasks to assemble stories exactly as scripted and ensure pacing aligns with the overall creative strategy.

Social Media Management & Analytics

• Create, manage, and schedule daily content across all online channels and social media platforms (including Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, X/Twitter, and YouTube).
• Maintain a dynamic social media content calendar and execute campaigns that align with the company's marketing goals.
• Track and analyze social media metrics (engagement, traffic, reach) and generate performance reports to continuously optimize digital strategies.
• Monitor online narrative trends, social media tools, and competitor activity to keep content relevant and highly engaging.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong experience in scriptwriting and conducting content research.
• Basic skills in video editing using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or other video editing software.
• Proficiency in social media management applications and leading social media analytics/monitoring platforms.
• Experience in creating marketing campaigns and understanding digital promotion strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly creative with a keen eye for aesthetics, detail, and social media trends.
• Must be collaborative, a team player, and able to deliver accurate work within tight deadlines.
