About the role

OORA Clinic is seeking a hands-on Content Marketer to produce scroll-stopping content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and digital channels. This is a full-stack content marketing role where you strategize, create, and execute content that drives bookings to the clinic.

Key responsibilities

• Write, plan, and produce ad content (short-form and long-form) across TikTok, Instagram and website (3-4 content daily)
• Draft and design landing pages with design team
• Craft scripts, captions, hooks, and storytelling angles that align with OORA's brand tone
• Work with videographers and designers to turn ideas into high-performing posts
• Strategize ad content to drive bookings to the clinic
• Assist in building weekly and monthly content calendars tailored to campaigns (launches, promos, events)
• Conduct research on beauty trends, K-aesthetics, consumer insights, and competitor content
• Maintain and strengthen brand voice across all digital channels
• Monitor KPIs (views, engagement rate, CTR, saves, shares, conversions)
• Provide weekly reports and propose improvements based on analytics

About you

• Fluent in English (mandatory)
• 2+ years experience in content marketing, social media, copywriting, or brand communications (beauty/wellness preferred)
• Hands-on creator: able to write, produce ideas, and coordinate execution
• Comfortable in a startup environment: flexible, resourceful, willing to experiment
• Passionate about beauty, aesthetics, digital culture, and storytelling
• Able to edit TikTok and Instagram content with basic design skills
