Content Creator

About The Role We are looking for a highly creative and driven Content Creator to develop and execute engaging content strategies that elevate Erdigma’s brand presence across digital platforms. This role is critical in building brand awareness, strengthening audience engagement, and supporting our marketing and communication objectives through impactful storytelling. You will play a key role in crafting compelling content ranging from written copy to short-form videos that resonates with our target audience and reflects Erdigma’s values and voice

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and post fun, engaging, and on-brand content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other popular social media platforms
• Stay on top of trends, memes, and viral formats especially on TikTok and Reels to keep our content fresh and relatable
• Own the content calendar: schedule posts, make sure everything goes out on time, and fits with our overall brand vibe
• Shoot, edit, and publish videos (yes, you might be in front of the camera too!) that get people to stop scrolling and engage
• Monitor performance of content using analytics tools, and use insights to improve reach, views, likes, and shares
• Collaborate with the marketing and design team to bring campaign ideas to life through creative storytelling
• Help build a community that connects with our mission, products, and overall vibe

Qualifications

• Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other major social platforms and you know what kind of content works best on each one
• You have hands-on experience creating content (video, photo, captions, etc.) either professionally or for your own personal projects
• Comfortable being both behind and in front of the camera. You’re not afraid to jump into a trend or try something new
• Minimum education: High school (Senior/Vocational) or equivalent. A college degree is a plus, but not required

Requirements

• minimum 1 years of experience in content creation, social media, or a related field (freelance or personal brand experience also counts!)
• Strong understanding of social media trends, audience behavior, and platform algorithms
• Familiar with tools like CapCut, VN, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or any content creation/editing apps
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing deadlines and posting schedule
• Able to work both independently and as part of a creative team
• Willingness to work onsite in Purbalingga
