Job Purpose

To support GFT s brand presence and audience engagement by producing high-quality visual and written content across social media platforms, translating the company s vision into clear, compelling stories that drive awareness and growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation & Strategy
2. Develop original content ideas, scripts, and storyboards aligned with GFT s brand voice.
3. Create a consistent content calendar across all social media platforms.
4. Translate technical ConTech solutions (software, services) into simple, engaging content.
5. Social Media Management
6. Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and community engagement across channels.
7. Monitor performance metrics and adjust content strategy based on insights.
8. Stay updated on platform trends and best practices.
9. Graphic Design & Video Editing
10. Design visuals, graphics, and branded templates for campaigns and daily posts.
11. Edit short-form and long-form videos for product features, testimonials, and events.
12. Ensure all visual content aligns with GFT s brand identity and guidelines.
13. Marketing Collaboration
14. Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to support campaign launches.
15. Apply basic marketing knowledge to align content with lead generation goals.
16. Support the creation of promotional material for events and client case studies.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.

Proven skills in social media management, graphic design, and video editing.

Strong content creation portfolio (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms).

Basic understanding of marketing principles and campaign performance.

Self-driven with a strong ability to learn, adapt, and grow within the role.

Experience in B2B, technology, or construction-related industries is a plus.
