What they need
- คิดและเขียน Content / Caption / Copywriting สำหรับ Social Media ของแบรนด์
- ติดตามกระแส Viral และ Trend บน Social Media พร้อมนำมาปรับใช้กับแบรนด์ให้เหมาะสมและทันต่อสถานการณ์
- วางแผนและสร้าง Content เพื่อเพิ่ม Engagement, Brand Awareness และยอดขาย
- คิด Concept และรูปแบบการนำเสนอ Content ให้เหมาะกับกลุ่มเป้าหมาย
- ดูแลและพัฒนา Content บน Social Media ของแบรนด์ในหลากหลายแพลตฟอร์ม เช่น Facebook, Instagram, TikTok และช่องทางอื่น ๆ
- สามารถทำ Reels / TikTok Content ได้ด้วยตัวเอง ตั้งแต่คิดไอเดีย ถ่ายทำ ไปจนถึงการนำเสนอ Content
- สามารถ Live สด และมีความมั่นใจในการนำเสนอหน้ากล้อง
- ประสานงานกับทีม Graphic Designer / Video และทีมที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อผลิต Artwork และ Video Content
- สร้าง Engagement และพัฒนา Community ของแบรนด์ในทุกช่องทาง Social Media
- ทำงานร่วมกับทีม Marketing เพื่อสื่อสารภาพลักษณ์และ Brand Direction ให้เป็นไปในทิศทางเดียวกัน
- ค้นหาและนำเสนอไอเดียใหม่ ๆ เพื่อพัฒนา Content ของแบรนด์อย่างต่อเนื่อง
- ติดตามผลลัพธ์ของ Content และนำข้อมูลมาปรับปรุงแนวทางการทำ Content ให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Content Creator / Content Marketing / Social Media อย่างน้อย 2 ปี
- หากมีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจ คลินิกความงาม, Beauty, Skincare, Cosmetic หรือ Healthcare จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- เข้าใจพฤติกรรมผู้ใช้งานและรูปแบบ Content ของ Social Media ในแต่ละ Platform
- สามารถคิด Content และเขียน Caption / Copywriting ได้ดี
- มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ ชอบติดตาม Trend และสามารถนำกระแสมาต่อยอดเป็น Content ได้
- สามารถสร้าง Reels / TikTok ได้ด้วยตัวเอง สามารถ Live และนำเสนอหน้ากล้องได้
- หากสามารถถ่ายและตัดต่อ Video เบื้องต้นได้ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีทักษะในการประสานงานและทำงานร่วมกับทีม Graphic / Video / Marketing
- มีความรับผิดชอบสูง สามารถบริหารเวลาและส่งงานได้ตาม Deadline
- เป็นคนเรียนรู้เร็ว ชอบหาไอเดียใหม่ ๆ และติดตาม Social Media Trends อยู่เสมอ
