About the Role

Love creating TikToks, Reels, or Shorts? We’re looking for a Short-Form Content Creator with strong creative instincts who knows how to turn an idea, trend, or reference into engaging social content.

You don’t need years of professional experience or an agency background. We care more about what you’ve created than where you’ve worked. Personal content, freelance work, school projects, passion projects, and brand work all count.

This is a great opportunity for an emerging creator who wants to sharpen their skills, experiment with new ideas, and grow alongside a creative team.

What You’ll Do

• Create and edit short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms
• Turn trends, references, and creative ideas into original, engaging videos
• Film products and talent using strong framing, lighting, composition, and camera angles
• Edit content from raw footage through final delivery
• Stay on top of social trends, memes, creators, hooks, and internet culture
• Bring new ideas and references to the team and collaborate on creative concepts
• Use feedback and content performance to continuously improve your work

What We’re Looking For

• Strong editing skills using Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar tools
• A good eye for pacing, framing, lighting, sound, and visual storytelling
• Strong understanding of social media trends and what makes content engaging
• Creative, curious, proactive, and open to feedback
• Reliable and comfortable collaborating with others
• Interest in trading cards, collectibles, anime, gaming, or similar communities is a plus

The pay range for this role is:
25 - 30 USD per hour(Irvine, CA)
