Job Description

ValuePerSqft is looking for a confident and creative **Female Content Creator** to create engaging real estate video content for our Bengalore & Hyderabad teams.

Key Responsibilities

* Write engaging scripts for property showcase videos.

* Present residential and commercial projects confidently on camera.

* Explain project features, amenities, floor plans, pricing, and location highlights.

* Create content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other digital platforms.

* Collaborate with the marketing, cinematography, and editing teams.

* Research content trends and generate fresh content ideas.

Requirements

* 1 -4 years of experience as a Content Creator, Presenter, or Anchor.

* Excellent on-camera communication and presentation skills.

* Strong scriptwriting and storytelling abilities.

* Fluency in English is mandatory.

* Experience in real estate content is an added advantage.

* Creative mindset with confidence in front of the camera.
