About the role

You'll be at the forefront of capturing narratives, turning authentic lifestyle and beauty insights into shareable, viral moments that cultivate genuine brand love across all social platforms. You'll develop, script, and direct compelling narratives around products, brand philosophy, and consumer transformations to build lasting emotional connection and brand loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, script, and direct compelling narratives around products, brand philosophy, and consumer transformations to build lasting emotional connection and brand loyalty
• Transform social trends, internet culture, and skincare/beauty insights into high-impact, share-worthy content ideas designed for viral reach on TikTok, Instagram, and beyond
• Direct framing, mood, and capture photo/video assets (Lifestyle, Behind-the-Scenes, Product Stories, Day-in-the-Life) with a refined beauty aesthetic using smartphones or dedicated cameras
• Shape cohesive, engaging stories that amplify both the YOUNG AGE Brand and the Founder/CEO's Personal Branding
• Assemble quick-turnaround edits and short-form cuts (CapCut, Reels, TikTok tools) to establish pacing, hooks, and message flow
• Partner with the marketing and production teams to guide concepts seamlessly from raw insight to published story

About you

• 1–3 years of experience in Content Creation, Social Media, Storytelling, or Content Production
• Strong grasp of narrative arcs, scroll-stopping hooks, and how to evoke emotion through short-form media
• Confident in mobile videography and photography, with an understanding of natural lighting, beauty aesthetics, and clean framing
• Proficient with CapCut, native in-app editors, or basic video editing software to deliver finished social cuts
• Passionate about skincare, wellness, and self-care, with an innate understanding of modern consumer psychology
• Portfolio / Samples Required: Demonstrated work highlighting visual storytelling, shot selection, and engaging content formats
