Duties

• Develop and execute comprehensive content creation plans tailored to various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Produce captivating multimedia content such as graphics, videos, photography, and written posts using media editing tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to audience interactions using applications like Hootsuite and Buffer
• Conduct social listening to gather insights on audience preferences, trending topics, and brand sentiment to inform content strategy
• Optimize content for SEO by conducting keyword research and applying best practices for search engine visibility
• Analyze digital marketing performance metrics using Google Analytics and social media analytics tools to assess campaign effectiveness and refine strategies
• Collaborate with public relations teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels
• Monitor media performance analytics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in social media marketing efforts
• Support branding initiatives through creative storytelling that aligns with overall marketing goals
• Assist in planning and executing paid advertising campaigns such as Facebook Advertising to boost reach and engagement

Qualifications

• Proven experience in content creation across multiple digital platforms with a strong portfolio showcasing multimedia projects
• Proficiency in media editing tools including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing software
• Solid understanding of social media management applications like Hootsuite, Buffer, and other scheduling tools
• Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, and web analytics (Google Analytics)
• Strong writing skills with the ability to craft clear, engaging, and error-free content tailored for different audiences
• Familiarity with social listening tools and social media analytics platforms to monitor trends and measure campaign success
• Experience in digital marketing performance monitoring and media performance analytics
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams including PR, design, and marketing departments
• A proactive mindset with a passion for staying updated on the latest trends in social media marketing, graphic design, photography, video editing, e-commerce, branding, and digital marketing overall
