Content Creator

About the role

We are looking for creative storytellers to join our team. You will be responsible for creating engaging video content and written copy for social media platforms, developing short-form video ideas, and managing content from planning through to editing and publishing.

Key responsibilities

• Write captions, scripts, and advertising copy to communicate brand content appropriately across each platform and promote brand image
• Conceptualise short, fun, and engaging video ideas
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content aligned with marketing plans and brand communication
• Manage end-to-end content production from planning, filming, editing, to publishing
• Monitor new social media trends and generate content ideas to attract audiences and align with trending topics
• Analyse video performance and continuously improve
• Understand content creation appropriate for each media platform
• Support other team tasks such as live streaming

About you

• Passion for pet-related products
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Creative Content, Social Media Content, or Video Content
• Basic photography and videography skills including camera operation, lighting, storyboarding, and scriptwriting
• Proficient in video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve)
• Basic graphic design or motion graphics skills considered a plus
• Willing to learn, enthusiastic, creative, and responsible
• Comfortable on camera with fluent, clear, and effective communication skills
• English language proficiency for basic content creation and communication
• Ability to work under time constraints and manage priorities effectively
• Growth mindset and ability to multitask
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork ability
• Portfolio submission required before interview
