About the role

We are seeking a talented Content Creator to join Jobsdb Thailand's dynamic Marketing & Communications team. This is a full-time position based in Bangkok, where you will play a crucial role in developing and executing engaging digital content strategies that drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and business growth. As a Content Creator, you will be at the forefront of our digital marketing efforts, crafting compelling narratives and creative assets across multiple platforms to connect with our target audience and support our organisational objectives.

What you'll be doing

• Developing, creating and editing high-quality digital content including blog posts, social media content, video scripts, infographics and multimedia assets
• Planning and executing content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and business goals
• Optimising content for search engines (SEO) and digital platforms to maximise reach and engagement
• Collaborating with marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all channels
• Analysing content performance metrics and audience engagement data to refine content strategies
• Researching industry trends, competitor content and audience preferences to inform creative development
• Managing and updating content across digital platforms, including website, social media channels and email marketing
• Creating compelling copy and visual content that resonates with diverse audience segments
• Participating in brainstorming sessions and contributing creative ideas for campaigns and initiatives

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in content creation, digital marketing or a related field within the marketing and communications industry
• Strong writing skills with the ability to craft compelling, clear and engaging copy for various formats and audiences
• Proficiency in social media platforms and understanding of best practices for each channel
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and digital publishing tools
• Solid knowledge of SEO principles and ability to optimise content for search visibility
• Creative thinking and visual storytelling skills, with experience in creating or directing visual content
• Familiarity with digital analytics tools and ability to interpret content performance data
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong collaborative abilities and experience working within cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Preferred: Experience with video editing software, graphic design tools or content creation platforms
• Preferred: Knowledge of the recruitment or job portal industry
