Content Creator

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop creative and engaging content for the company’s social media channels, with a strong focus on TikTok and short-form video.
• Plan and organize content through a social media calendar to ensure regular and consistent posting.
• Keep up with the latest social media trends, content formats, and competitor activities to improve reach and engagement.
• Interact with our online audience by replying to comments and messages and encouraging genuine conversations.
• Assist in developing creative concepts, captions, and storytelling ideas that connect with the target audience.
• Monitor social media insights and prepare performance reports to evaluate content effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Manage multiple content projects and deadlines while maintaining quality and consistency.

What We’re Looking For:

• SPM with relevant working experience, or a Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, Media Studies, or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in social media management, content creation, and video production is preferred.
• Good knowledge of TikTok and other major social media platforms, including current trends and content best practices.
• Creative, resourceful, and confident in developing fresh ideas and turning them into engaging content.
• Good storytelling and copywriting skills, with the ability to create attention-grabbing captions and content.
• Comfortable using video and graphic editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle several content tasks and campaigns at the same time.
• A portfolio, sample work, or examples of previous social media content will be an added advantage.
