Content Creator

We're looking for a Content Manager who lives on social. Someone who eats, sleeps and breathes short-form video and can turn a trend into content faster than anyone else. You'll build the content machine behind a brand-new record label: hundreds of videos, always reacting to what's working right now. Fresh out of uni is completely fine if you're sharp, hungry and already glued to your phone for the right reasons.

FINE Group works across music, comedy and entertainment media. This role sits inside a new singles label we're building, and you're the engine that puts our tracks in front of millions.

What you'll do

Make content, and a lot of it. Filming, editing in CapCut, cutting and remixing, whatever it takes to get videos out at pace.

Live on top of trends. You already know what's blowing up today, and you're hunting down what's coming next before anyone else spots it.

Know the platforms inside out. How Reels work, trial reels, TikTok's for-you engine, what a good hook looks like on each feed, and how one idea gets reshaped for all of them.

Adapt fast. A format cools off and you're already onto the next. The ads team says something's landing and you make more of it that day.

What you know

You understand social the way most people understand their own street. You know why one video does ten million and the near-identical one does nothing. You're comfortable with AI tools and quick to fold new ones into how you work. And you can do all of it at volume, without the quality dropping.

Who you are

Genuinely online. Fast, and you'd rather ship fifty than perfect one. No ego, into the work, into music.

The reality

This is an office role near Brighton, in with the team every weekday. We're flexible on hours, as long as the work gets done and the content keeps shipping. It moves fast and no two weeks look the same.
