Responsibilities

• Building and executing social media and digital marketing strategies through competitive research, platform best practices, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification in both English and Indonesian.
• Maintaining social media content calendars across various platforms (Instagram & Tiktok) and engaging with the communities
• Directly execute the company’s communication plan whole-package, including social media posts, internal communications, related videos, and stakeholder marketing materials. Videography and photography skills is a big plus
• Create and deliver compelling marketing and communication campaigns and use multiple communications channels in both digital and print ready graphics to articulate marketing content for company website, exhibitions, social media, newsletters and other marketing materials (catalogues, leaflets, video content, digital, client pitch books, presentations, credentials documents and events)
• Responsible for design, layout and production activities for a wide variety of visual communication materials and presentations. With the copywriting team, work together to perform research, analysis, development, tracking, and writing proposals for prospective and existing clients.
• Provide strategic inputs to campaign planning and content ideation. Write original content for sales emails, banners and brochures. Understand social media procedures and SEO practices to optimize articles and increase visibility is a plus

Qualification

• Proven working experience in digital marketing, communications and/or graphic design.
• Excellent oral and written skills in both English and Indonesian
• Creative, innovative, identifying current and emerging industry trends and offer innovative, best-in-class approaches to sustainability communications
• Bachelors in marketing, visual communications, graphic design, marketing or photography, or multimedia
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to influence, collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Communicative, innovative, active using social media, and good attitude.
• Domicile in Bandung.
