หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
- สร้างสรรค์เนื้อหาภาพและวิดีโอแบบครบวงจร ตั้งแต่การวางกลยุทธ์ การถ่ายทำ ไปจนถึงการตัดต่อ ให้สอดคล้องกับ Key Message, กลุ่มเป้าหมาย, โปรโมชั่นและสิ่งที่แบรนด์ต้องการสื่อสาร
- ออกแบบและวางแผนการทำงานเนื้อหาประจำสัปดาห์/รายเดือน/แคมเปญ จัดเตรียมการทำงานให้สอดคล้องกับกลยุทธ์ที่วางแผนไว้
- ออกแบบและวางแผนโครงเรื่อง โครงสร้าง การคัดเลือกนักแสดง การแสดง สคริปต์ punchline ฯลฯ ของสื่อ,คอนเทนท์
- ผลิตและดูแล Social Media Content ทุกช่องทางของแบรนด์
- ควบคุมภาพรวมการนำเสนอ Content ลงใน Social Media ให้เป็นไปตามแผนที่วางไว้
- วิเคราะห์และปรับปรุงพัฒนา Content ให้สอดคล้องกับสถานการณ์ในปัจจุบัน
- ประสานงานและทำงานร่วมกับทีม Graphic
- รวบรวม สรุปผล และจัดทำรายงานผลงานของแผน
- พัฒนา Content เพื่อส่งเสริมภาพลักษณ์ของแบรนด์ในการนำเสนอผ่าน Online Channels ต่างๆเช่น Social media รวมถึงสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์อื่นๆและทำการโพสตามช่วงเวลาที่เหมาะสม
คุณสมบัติ
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Content Creator, Content Marketing, Social Media หรือ Digital Marketing อย่างน้อย 2 ปี (หากมีประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับแบรนด์สินค้าเส้นผมจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ สามารถคิดไอเดียคอนเทนต์ใหม่ๆ ที่ตอบโจทย์ทั้งแบรนด์และกลุ่มเป้าหมาย
- มีความเข้าใจแพลตฟอร์ม Social Media และการทำ Content ของแต่ละช่องทาง
- สามารถเขียน Copy และ Caption ได้ดี มีทักษะการเล่าเรื่อง (Storytelling)
- หากสามารถถ่ายภาพ ถ่ายวิดีโอ หรือใช้โปรแกรม Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro หรือ CapCut จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความเข้าใจการอ่านผลลัพธ์จาก Meta Business Suite, Facebook Insights, Google Analytics หรือเครื่องมือวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลอื่นๆ
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการทำงานร่วมกับทีมได้ดี พร้อมเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ และเติบโตไปกับองค์กรที่กำลังขยายตัว
