Content Creator

We are seeking a creative, energetic, and digitally savvy Content Creator to develop engaging and visually appealing content for the company’s social media platforms, website, and other digital channels. The ideal candidate should be skilled in content planning, photography, videography, video editing, storytelling, and social media engagement.

Job Description

• Develop creative and engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Plan, shoot, edit, and publish photos, videos, reels, short-form videos, graphics, and other multimedia content.
• Develop content ideas based on company objectives, target audience, industry trends, and social media trends.
• Create compelling captions, scripts, headlines, and other supporting copy for digital content.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar and ensure timely publication.
• Manage and organize content assets, including photos, videos, graphics, and brand materials.
• Participate in photoshoots, video shoots, interviews, events, and promotional activities.
• Edit videos using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software.
• Use graphic design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar applications to create visual content.
• Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities for creative and relevant content.
• Collaborate with the marketing, social media, sales, and business development teams.
• Monitor content performance, engagement, reach, and audience growth.
• Analyze content results and recommend strategies to improve performance.
• Maintain consistency with the company’s brand identity, tone, and visual standards.
• Respond to relevant audience interactions and help build an active online community.
• Stay updated on emerging content formats, social media algorithms, and digital marketing trends.
• Ensure all published content is accurate, professional, original, and aligned with company policies.

Requirements/Skills

• Bachelor’s degree, HND, or OND in Mass Communication, Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Proven years of experience in content creation, social media, digital marketing, or a related role.
• Strong skills in photography, videography, video editing, and storytelling.
• Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or similar creative tools.
• Good knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Strong understanding of social media trends and audience engagement.
• Excellent communication and creative writing skills.
• Ability to develop original and engaging content ideas.
• Strong sense of visual aesthetics and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a creative team.
• Good time-management skills and ability to meet content deadlines.
• Ability to work on-site for shoots, events, and promotional activities when required.
• A portfolio of previous content creation work is highly desirable.

Pay: ₦100,000.00 per month
