What they need
Jobdesc:
- Develop monthly content strategies aligned with campaign and marketing objectives
- Create and manage content calendars for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
- Conduct trend research, audience insights analysis, and competitor benchmarking
- Generate creative ideas and concepts for Reels, TikTok videos, feed posts, and stories
- Handle content production process including scripting, talent briefing, and shoot coordination
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
- Provide data-driven insights and optimization recommendations
- Set up and manage Meta Ads and TikTok Ads campaigns
- Monitor key metrics such as ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates
- Optimize campaigns to improve performance
Requirements:
- Min. 1 year experience in social media
- Handle TikTok & Instagram confidently
- Understand content creation & ads
- Beauty industry experience is a plus
- Willing to WFO at our Kemang office
