About the role

Create engaging content to support property sales and marketing initiatives, including property and project highlights, promotions, launches and sales campaigns, sales agent and team activities, and educational property content covering pricing, eligibility, financing and home-buying tips. Develop content with strong 3-second hooks, clear storytelling and compelling calls-to-action (CTA) to drive enquiries, WhatsApp conversations and registrations.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging TikTok videos for property sales and marketing initiatives, including property and project highlights, promotions, launches and sales campaigns, sales agent and team activities, and educational property content
• Develop content with strong 3-second hooks, clear storytelling and compelling calls-to-action (CTA) to drive enquiries, WhatsApp conversations and registrations
• Stay updated on TikTok trends, formats and content styles relevant to the property industry
• Repurpose and optimize TikTok content for Facebook Reels and campaign videos
• Adapt content to suit Facebook's audience and platform requirements while maintaining a strong sales and conversion focus
• Ensure all published content is accurate, professional and compliant with the Company's guidelines
• Actively participate in and support TikTok LIVE sales sessions, including hosting and co-hosting
• Present and explain property projects, pricing, promotions, packages and key selling points to viewers
• Engage with viewers in real time, respond to enquiries and support the sales team in converting leads
• Capture authentic and engaging content at Sales galleries, Property project sites, Roadshows and events
