Content Creator

About the Role

We are looking for a Content Creator & SME to create engaging, Instagram-first content for

Stride School of Business.

We are looking for someone creative, confident on camera, who understands Instagram and

Gen Z, and can turn business, AI, entrepreneurship, and student-life topics into content

people actually want to watch.

This role is ideal for someone who can think like a creator, storyteller, and social media

strategist - someone who can take an idea from concept to execution and understands

what makes content work on Instagram.

What You'll Do

• Own content creation for Stride School of Business Instagram across Reels,

carousels, static posts, Stories, captions, and other social formats.

• Ideate, research, and develop content ideas based on Stride School of Business’

audience, brand, and content pillars.

• Write scripts, hooks, captions, carousel copy, post copy and CTAs.
• Create and appear in Instagram Reels and other video content whenever required.
• Create relatable, informative, and engaging content around business, AI,

entrepreneurship, careers, college life, student experiences, and Gen Z culture.

• Turn complex business and AI topics into simple, interesting, and

social-media-friendly content.

• Identify and adapt relevant Instagram trends, formats, conversations and cultural

moments.

• Develop content concepts for both educational and entertainment-led content.
• Work closely with the Video Editor/DOP and Design team to take ideas from concept

to final execution.

• Collaborate with students, founders, industry experts and creators to develop

content.

• Plan and contribute to the Instagram content calendar and ensure consistent content

output.

• Track content performance across formats and use insights to improve future

content.

• Build and maintain a consistent content identity, tone, and voice for Stride School of

Business’ Instagram.

What We're Looking For

• 2–3 years of experience in content creation, social media, or a similar role.
• Strong experience creating Instagram-first short-form content.
• An active personal Instagram account with a genuine follower base and consistent

content presence is required.

• A personal Instagram following of 5,000+ followers is preferred.
• Comfortable being on camera and communicating confidently.
• Strong understanding of Instagram trends, Gen Z culture, and short-form storytelling.
• Excellent scripting, communication, and content ideation skills.
• Strong understanding of business, AI, entrepreneurship, careers, or youth culture.
• Ability to independently take an idea from concept script shoot content.
• A portfolio of previous content is required.
• Strong sense of what makes content engaging, relatable, and shareable.
