We're looking for creators to tell the story of shift, at volume, on new accounts that you'll organically scale.

This is not a hard brief to make interesting. First-person footage of skilled hands at work is some of the most watchable content on the internet — and the proposition behind it, get paid to film what you already do, stops the scroll on its own. Your job is to find the angles that make people stop and then sign up.

About us

Most people are told AI is going to change their working life. Almost none of them see a penny from it.

We're changing that. We pay skilled workers (chefs, phone repair techs, logistics workers, builders) £20 per accepted hour to record their hands while they do the job they already do. All it takes is a headset and our mobile app. That footage teaches AI systems how work is actually done, and the people doing the work get paid for it.

People on our platform have earned thousands. Some have put it toward a holiday. Some toward a takeaway at the end of a hard week.

What you'll be doing

• Setting up and growing your own TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts accounts
• Posting a minimum of 16 pieces per month — 4+ per week, 30 seconds each
• Working across a range of formats: POV footage of the work itself, earnings reveals, headset unboxings, day-in-the-life, explainers, trade-specific angles
• Building to our briefs, which change as we learn what converts
• Sharing your post analytics at the end of each 30-day cycle

How you're paid

• £30 per approved post — £480 a month guaranteed at 16 posts.
• £2 for every 1,000 organic views, counted from the very first view, no minimum threshold. Capped at £300 per post.
• £30 extra per piece if we run it as a paid ad or post it on our own channels

Most creators earn £530–£690 a month. Strong performers will clear a lot more.

What we're looking for

• Proven ability to grow an organic account. Show us something you've built and the numbers behind it. A modest account that genuinely grew beats a big one you bought.
• An instinct for what makes short-form travel — hooks, pacing, why one video goes and a near-identical one dies
• Comfortable shooting and editing on your phone
• Reliable over a month, not just a good week

We'd especially like to hear from people who do the work themselves. If you're a chef, a sparky, a mechanic, a repair tech — and you can make content — you'll tell this story better than anyone. You'd be filming your own trade and your own earnings, which is about as authentic as it gets.

Terms

Self-employed, invoiced monthly, rolling contract. No fixed hours — work when it suits you, as long as the posts land. You keep your accounts and your audience.

How to apply

Send links to one or two accounts you've grown, a line on what you were going for and what the numbers did, and a 30-second video you're proud of if you have one.

Pay: £25.00-£35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4.0 – 8.0 per week
