About the role

We are seeking a talented Content Creator to join AF EXCLUSIVE LEGACY in Kuala Lumpur.You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing our content strategy across multiple platforms. As Content Creator, you will be responsible for producing engaging, high-quality content that resonates with our target audience and drives brand awareness. This role is essential to our marketing communications efforts and directly contributes to the growth and visibility of AF EXCLUSIVE LEGACY in the digital landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Create, develop and produce engaging content across various digital platforms including social media, websites, blogs and email campaigns
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor content and audience preferences to inform content strategy
• Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to align content with brand messaging and campaign objectives
• Edit and optimise content for SEO, ensuring maximum reach and engagement
• Manage content calendars and ensure timely publication of content across all channels
• Monitor content performance metrics and provide regular reports on engagement, reach and conversion rates
• Respond to audience comments and feedback, fostering community engagement and brand loyalty
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for content campaigns
• Maintain brand consistency and tone of voice across all content pieces

What we're looking for

• Proven experience working as a Content Creator, Content Writer or similar role within marketing communications
• Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different platforms and audiences
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing best practices
• Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and basic graphic design tools is advantageous
• Ability to work with SEO principles and understanding of keyword research and optimisation
• Creative thinking with the ability to generate original, engaging and shareable content ideas
• Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of analytics tools and ability to interpret data to measure content performance
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field is preferred

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, Digital Marketing, Media, Creative Communication or a related field.
• Previous experience in marketing, content creation, social media, campaign management or digital marketing is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong marketing and creative skills are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and tasks simultaneously.
• Creative thinker with a strong interest in branding, content creation and social media marketing.
• Familiar with platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and WhatsApp.
• Able to write engaging promotional content and generate creative campaign ideas.
• Able to work independently while collaborating closely with the sales and design teams.
• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads, TikTok content or digital advertising will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in Canva, Google Workspace and Microsoft Office is an advantage.
