Content Creator

About the role

SimplyGood is seeking a Content Creator to lead social media content production across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. This role is approximately 80% content production and 20% social media management. You will generate, edit, and publish content daily, shoot and edit your own video, and move fast on trending formats to ship SimplyGood versions the same day.

Key responsibilities

• Research, Content Strategy & plan content calendar
• Shoot on camera as on-screen talent and directing team to create social media (Instagram & TikTok) content (30-45s reels) daily
• Edit & produce your own video
• Track platform trends, competitor content, and what's working in the category
• Own social media accounts end to end: schedule, calendar, and consistent cadence
• Reply to comments and DMs quickly, nurture the community, and keep tone consistent
• Source, edit and repost UGC, surfacing customer stories and testimonials as content

About you

• 2–3 years making organic social content for a brand, or as a creator with real audience growth you can point to
• A TikTok-first instinct with expertise in hooks and viral organic content, proven in your portfolio
• A storyteller's instinct — able to turn an everyday product into something people want to watch and share
• Daily, demonstrable use of AI content tools, with a portfolio that proves the lift
• Ability to read engagement, follower growth and trend data, and act on it
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Based in or willing to relocate to Greater KL, with office days at Damansara Perdana HQ
