Content Creator

About the role

This position works directly with the founder to manage content for Mali Room and support CEO Branding through business experiences, perspectives, and behind-the-scenes stories. You will capture and communicate the journey of opening a massage shop, what has worked, what has failed, and the expansion to a third branch within the Wellness business.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and develop content strategy aligned with business goals and target customer groups
• Present service strengths and customer pain points through clear and engaging storytelling
• Conceptualise, write scripts, and edit videos for social media
• Conduct interviews with the founder, ask questions, and develop CEO Branding content that communicates management insights, third branch opening, and Wellness business expansion
• Monitor audience response and refine content based on feedback and new ideas

About you

• Video editing skills and portfolio demonstrating storytelling ability
• Strong ability to identify key points from longer narratives and understand what makes content compelling
• Understanding of social media content, including pacing, narrative techniques, and viewer engagement
• Willingness to propose ideas and suggestions for improvement
• Responsible, clear communication, and ability to manage delivery timelines
• Experience in Personal Branding, CEO Branding, or Wellness content is a plus

Teal an Orange is a Wellness business founded by someone who previously worked at Google. It began with Mali Room Massage, created to solve pain points in the massage service experience and develop solutions that truly meet customer needs. The vision is to expand from the massage shop into broader Wellness business categories. The business has grown significantly over the past year and is now preparing to open a third branch.
