Content Creator

Job Summary:
Feliza Hotel is seeking a creative and passionate Content Creator to bring our brand to life through engaging digital content. The ideal candidate will be responsible for showcasing our rooms, services, events, and guest experiences across social media and other digital platforms to attract and retain customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing and engaging content (photos, videos, reels) for social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
• Develop and manage a content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns and hotel promotions
• Capture and highlight hotel amenities, guest experiences, events, and behind the-scenes moments
• Write compelling captions and storytelling content that reflects the brand’s voice
• Monitor social media trends and create relevant, timely content
• Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages where necessary
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to ensure consistent branding
• Track content performance and suggest improvements

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or similar role
• Strong photography and videography skills (mobile or professional)
• Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite)
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in hospitality, lifestyle, or travel content creation
• Knowledge of social media analytics and trends
• Basic understanding of digital marketing
