Requirements – Content Creator

• Female, max 30 years old.

• Bachelor degree of any major.

• Active English is a must. Good spoken English skills and confident using English for content creation and on-camera purposes.

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Content Creator or in a similar role.

• Creative and able to develop engaging content ideas, concepts, and scripts.

• Able to create scripts for Reels, TikTok, and short-form videos, including hooks, storylines, and CTAs.

• Up-to-date with Instagram, TikTok, Reels, and short-form content trends.

• Skilled in photo/video shooting and video editing.

• Strong understanding of storytelling, visual composition, and audience engagement.

• Comfortable working both in front of and behind the camera.

• Able to translate content plans into engaging content that reflects the brand’s character and identity.

• Creative, adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to work according to production timelines.

• Experience in the beauty/skincare industry is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Ideation & Planning

• Develop creative content ideas for AIMGROUP’s social media channels.
• Contribute to weekly and monthly content planning together with the Copywriter and Marketing Team.
• Develop content concepts based on content pillars, campaigns, trends, and brand needs.
• Determine suitable content formats, such as Reels, TikTok, and short-form videos.
• Develop content concepts with the potential to increase brand awareness, engagement, and audience interaction.

2. Trend & Content Research

• Actively research trends across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Identify relevant trending topics, audio, video formats, memes, challenges, visual styles, and other emerging trends.
• Conduct benchmarking of competitors and other relevant brands.
• Adapt trends into content that remains aligned with AIMGROUP’s brand character and positioning.
• Provide content recommendations based on current trends and audience behavior.

3. Content Production

• Handle the production of photo and video content for social media needs.
• Prepare production requirements, including concepts, shot lists, locations, props, and visual references.
• Shoot photos and videos using smartphones and other production equipment.
• Act as a talent/on-camera personality for selected content when required.
• Ensure that the final production aligns with the concept, brief, and brand identity.

4. Video Editing & Content Execution

• Perform basic to intermediate video editing for short-form content.
• Transform raw footage into engaging content that is suited to each platform’s characteristics.
• Add subtitles, text overlays, audio, transitions, and other supporting elements.
• Adjust pacing and storytelling to effectively capture and retain audience attention.
• Prepare content in the appropriate formats and dimensions for each platform.

5. Social Media Content Execution

• Ensure content is ready for publication according to the content calendar.
• Coordinate with the Copywriter regarding scripts, captions, headlines, hooks, and CTAs.
• Coordinate with the Graphic Designer/
