X Consultancy Group Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented Content Creator to join our dynamic team in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur. What you'll be doing

As a Content Creator, your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing original and engaging written, visual, and multimedia content for various digital platforms and channels
• Conceptualising and producing creative content ideas that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
• Researching industry trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities to inform content strategy
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including designers, marketing, and communications professionals
• Managing content calendars and ensuring timely delivery of content across assigned platforms
• Editing, proofreading, and optimising content for clarity, consistency, and SEO performance
• Monitoring content performance metrics and providing insights to improve engagement and reach
• Adapting content for different formats and audiences to maximise impact and relevance
• Staying current with digital trends, platform updates, and best practices in content creation
• Supporting the development of brand voice and messaging guidelines

What we're looking for

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• Proven experience in content creation, copywriting, or similar creative role, preferably within advertising, media, or publishing
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong grasp of English and Mandarin grammar and style
• Demonstrated ability to create engaging, original content across multiple formats and platforms
• Proficiency in digital content management systems and social media platforms
• Strong understanding of audience analysis and content strategy development
• Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas that resonate with target audiences
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Basic knowledge of SEO principles and digital marketing practices
• Familiarity with design principles and content optimisation techniques
• A portfolio or examples of previous content work demonstrating your creative range
• Preferred: Experience with video content creation, graphic design tools, or analytics platforms
• Preferred: Knowledge of the Malaysian media landscape and cultural nuances
