Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and proactive Content Creator who can conceptualise, create, and execute engaging content for brands across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative content ideas based on brand objectives and audience insights.
• Write engaging scripts, captions, hooks, and social media copy.
• Plan and create content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Participate in shoots and create engaging Reels, UGC, and short-form videos.
• Stay updated with social media trends, formats, and content opportunities.
• Collaborate with designers, video editors, and performance marketing teams.
• Use AI tools effectively for research, ideation, scripting, and content creation.
• Ensure content maintains brand voice, quality, and consistency.
• Assist in developing monthly content calendars and campaign concepts.
• Analyse content performance and suggest ideas for improvement.

Requirements

• Strong writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
• Good understanding of social media platforms and current trends.
• Creative thinking with the ability to develop fresh content ideas.
• Comfortable appearing on camera or coordinating UGC-based content.
• Basic understanding of content creation, shoots, and video formats.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team.
• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
