Job Description – Content Creator (Real Estate)

Position: Content Creator

Experience: 1–3 Years

Location: As per company requirement

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Shoot and edit property walkthrough videos, reels, and promotional content.
• Write captions, blogs, and property descriptions.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to develop campaign content.
• Stay updated with real estate trends and create relevant, high-performing content.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
• Manage content calendars and meet publishing deadlines.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in content creation, preferably in real estate.
• Proficiency in video editing tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva, or similar).
• Strong photography/videography and storytelling skills.
• Knowledge of social media trends and content strategies.
• Excellent communication and creative thinking abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with drone videography (preferred).
• Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
