About the role

We are seeking a creative and talented Content Creator to join our Marketing & Communications team on a full-time basis at our office in West Jakarta, Jakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and producing engaging, high-quality content across multiple digital platforms. You will be instrumental in building our brand presence and driving audience engagement through strategic, creative storytelling that aligns with our clients' objectives and our company's vision.

Key responsibilities

• Create original, engaging content across various digital channels including social media, blogs, websites, and video platforms
• Develop content strategies and editorial calendars that align with marketing objectives and brand guidelines
• Write compelling copy for different formats including social media posts, articles, email campaigns, and marketing collateral
• Produce high-quality visual and multimedia content, including photography, graphics, and video editing where applicable
• Optimise content for search engines and digital platforms to improve visibility and engagement
• Monitor content performance metrics and analytics to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, marketers, and strategists to deliver cohesive campaigns
• Stay current with digital marketing trends, platform algorithms, and best practices in content creation
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously whilst meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality standards

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Content Creator or similar role within digital and search marketing, with a strong portfolio demonstrating creative work
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style across different platforms and audiences
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content management systems, and digital marketing tools
• Proficiency in content creation software and basic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar programmes
• Basic knowledge of SEO principles and experience optimising content for search visibility
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret analytics and adjust content strategies accordingly
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with a passion for storytelling
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field is preferred
• Experience with video production or editing is a plus
