Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Content Creator role based in Chandigarh. The Content Creator will develop engaging digital content across platforms, including social media posts, scripts, website copy, and campaign assets aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. Daily responsibilities include brainstorming and planning content ideas with the creative and marketing teams, researching industry trends, and adapting content for different formats such as short videos, static creatives, and written stories. The role involves collaborating closely with designers, videographers, and account managers to ensure cohesive storytelling and timely delivery of content. The Content Creator will also monitor content performance, suggest improvements, and maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in content ideation, storytelling, and writing for digital platforms.
• Ability to create and adapt content for social media, websites, and video scripts.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and audience engagement.
• Comfort working with creative teams, including designers and video production professionals.
• Proficiency with common content and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, project management tools).
• Attention to detail, excellent time management, and ability to handle multiple projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in a creative agency or content-focused role is an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
