Content Creator

About the role

You will create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Xiaohongshu and other platforms. You will develop creative concepts, hooks, scripts, captions, news posts, interviews and content series, turning tournaments, player moments, news and trends into engaging short-form content. You will appear as the host/talent for social media content, interviews, event coverage, product features and promotional videos, conducting interviews with players, coaches, founders, sponsors and other personalities. You will represent the brand professionally at tournaments and events.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Xiaohongshu and other platforms
• Develop creative concepts, hooks, scripts, captions, news posts, interviews and content series
• Turn tournaments, player moments, news and trends into engaging short-form content
• Appear as the host/talent for social media content, interviews, event coverage, product features and promotional videos
• Conduct interviews with players, coaches, founders, sponsors and other personalities
• Speak naturally and confidently on camera with energy, personality and storytelling ability
• Coordinate shoots with videographers, editors, players, talents and production teams
• Attend tournaments and events to host, create and capture content on the ground
• Manage content calendars and ensure content is published consistently and on time
• Track content performance and use analytics to improve engagement and growth

About you

• Perform basic video editing using CapCut or similar tools
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI and CapCut AI to improve content production
• Understand social media trends, online culture, storytelling and what makes content engaging
• Monitor trends, platform updates and emerging content opportunities
