As we continue to expand our digital presence, we are looking for a creative, energetic, and trend-savvy Content Creator who can help us produce engaging content across social media platforms.

Role Overview

The Content Creator will be responsible for creating engaging short-form and long-form content that promotes our brand, communicates value to students, and increases awareness of our learning platform.

The ideal candidate is vocal, confident on camera, highly creative, and able to quickly adapt to social media trends. This role requires someone who can conceptualize ideas, write scripts, shoot videos, and edit content independently.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

• Create engaging video and visual content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Present confidently on camera and deliver content in a clear, engaging, and energetic manner.
• Produce content that educates, entertains, and informs students about professional exams and career growth.

Trend Monitoring

• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and adapt them creatively to our brand.
• Quickly identify viral formats and develop relevant content ideas.

Script Writing

• Write compelling scripts for short-form videos, reels, explainers, and educational content.
• Develop storytelling-driven content that resonates with students.

Video Production

• Shoot high-quality videos using mobile phones or cameras.
• Use props creatively to enhance storytelling and engagement.

Video Editing

• Edit videos using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar editing software.
• Add captions, transitions, sound effects, and graphics to make content more engaging.

Creative Ideation

• Brainstorm new content ideas regularly.
• Suggest innovative content formats and campaigns to grow brand visibility.

Content Performance

• Work with the marketing team to analyze engagement metrics.
• Continuously improve content based on performance insights.

Requirements

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable and confident speaking on camera.
• Strong storytelling and scriptwriting ability.
• Ability to quickly jump on trends and create relevant content.
• Video shooting and editing skills.
• Strong creativity and ability to think outside the box.

Technical Skills

• Video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar).
• Social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn).
