Job Summary

Responsible for planning, creating and managing engaging digital content for the company’s social media platforms, website and marketing channels. The role supports brand awareness, customer engagement, campaigns and overall marketing activities through creative visual and written content.

Job Scope

• Plan and create engaging content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, YouTube and other relevant channels.
• Develop content ideas, campaigns, themes and monthly content calendars.
• Create photos, videos, reels, short-form videos, graphics and promotional materials.
• Write captions, headlines, marketing copy and basic website content.
• Conduct photo and video shooting for products, services, projects, events and company activities.
• Edit photos and videos using relevant creative software and applications.
• Ensure all content follows the company’s brand identity, tone, visual style and marketing direction.
• Publish and schedule content across social media platforms.
• Monitor social media engagement, comments, messages and content performance.
• Assist in responding to basic customer enquiries on social media when required.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities and current content trends.
• Propose new content ideas to improve reach, engagement and brand awareness.
• Support marketing campaigns, promotions, events and collaborations.
• Work closely with management, sales and operations teams to understand products, services and campaign requirements.
• Maintain and organize company photos, videos, design files and marketing assets.
• Update website content, project photos, blog visuals and promotional materials when required.
• Prepare simple content performance reports and track basic metrics such as reach, engagement, followers and views.
• Coordinate with external photographers, videographers, influencers or agencies when necessary.
• Ensure marketing materials and published information are accurate and approved before posting.
• Perform other marketing and content-related duties assigned by management.

ISO / Documentation Responsibilities

• Maintain proper records of approved marketing materials, artwork and content files.
• Follow approved SOPs and company procedures related to branding, marketing and communications.
• Assist in maintaining marketing-related forms, records and procedures under the company’s ISO Quality Management System where applicable.

Minimum Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Digital Media or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant content creation or social media experience is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio may also be considered.
• Able to create and edit both photo and video content.
• Familiar with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro or similar software.
• Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and current social media trends.
• Good written communication and basic copywriting skills.
• Creative, organized and able to manage multiple content tasks.
• Able to work independently and meet posting deadlines.
• Comfortable appearing in front of the camera when required will be an advantage.
• Photography and videography skills will be an advantage.
• Basic understanding of SEO, website content or digital advertising will be an advantage.
