CONTENT CREATOR

We are looking for a creative and proactive Content Creator to join our Marketing Team and help promote our manpower services, job opportunities, company activities, and employer branding through engaging digital content.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms.
• Produce photos, videos, reels, captions, and promotional materials.
• Create content for job openings, recruitment campaigns, and company events.
• Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns.
• Coordinate with the Recruitment and Sourcing Teams for hiring-related content.
• Monitor social media trends and suggest creative content ideas.
• Help maintain consistent branding across all marketing materials.
• Monitor engagement and basic social media performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, or related field is an advantage.
• With at least 1 year of experience in content creation or social media marketing.
• Experience in manpower, recruitment, or staffing industry is an advantage.
• Proficient in Canva and basic photo/video editing.
• Knowledge of Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
• Creative, confident, and comfortable appearing on camera when needed.
• Good communication and writing skills.
• Organized, proactive, and able to meet deadlines.
• Willing to work on-site and participate in company/recruitment activities.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
