About the role

As a Content Creator for Retail Beauty, you will play an important role in developing and producing attractive and engaging visual content for our digital platforms. You will be responsible for creating narratives that resonate with our target audience, showcasing our beauty products in innovative and captivating ways. This position offers an opportunity to combine creativity with marketing strategy in the dynamic beauty industry.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and produce high-quality visual content including photography, videography, and graphics aligned with Kay Collection brand identity
• Manage and optimize content across various digital platforms including social media, website, and e-commerce channels
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand campaign needs and develop effective content strategies
• Conduct research on beauty trends and retail industry to ensure content remains relevant and engaging
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines while maintaining highest quality
• Perform content performance analysis and provide recommendations for improving engagement and conversion
• Edit and refine content using professional tools for maximum results
• Work with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand content reach

About you

• Minimum SMA/SMK or diploma education in Communication, Digital Media, Design, or related field
• Minimum 2-3 years experience as a Content Creator, particularly in retail or beauty industry
• Expertise in product photography and videography with deep understanding of styling and lighting
• Proficient in design and editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
• Practical knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook) and content algorithms
• Strong understanding of beauty and retail trends and ability to translate trends into relevant content
• Excellent storytelling skills to create engaging and persuasive narratives
• Good communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
• Attention to detail and quality control in all aspects of content production
• Experience with content management systems and social media management tools considered as added value
