About the role

This role involves developing and executing social media content strategy for a healthcare clinic. You will create, produce, and manage engaging content across multiple platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels, while maintaining professional healthcare standards and brand consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Develop monthly and weekly social media content plans and generate creative content ideas related to health education, clinic services, promotions, awareness campaigns, and current social media trends
• Plan and produce short-form videos including TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook videos with concepts, hooks, scripts, and storyboards
• Coordinate and conduct video shoots involving doctors, clinic staff, facilities, procedures, or services
• Edit videos with suitable subtitles, graphics, transitions, music, and other visual elements
• Design posters, infographics, promotional materials, educational posts, and social media graphics
• Take good-quality photographs and videos of the clinic, staff, equipment, events, and services
• Publish approved content according to the content calendar and write clear and engaging captions in Bahasa Malaysia and/or English
• Create educational and promotional content relating to clinic services including general health screening, women's health, pregnancy and ultrasound services, fertility and family planning, vaccination, X-ray and diagnostic services, blood tests and health screening packages, minor procedures, and weight management
• Develop creative materials for clinic promotions, packages, new services, and seasonal health campaigns
• Monitor basic social media performance including views, reach, engagement, follower growth, enquiries, and content performance, and prepare monthly social media/content performance reports when required

About you

• Ability to develop video concepts, hooks, scripts, and storyboards
• Proficiency in video editing with subtitles, graphics, transitions, and music
• Ability to write clear and engaging captions in Bahasa Malaysia and/or English
• Knowledge of trending topics, formats, sounds, and content styles across social media platforms
• Ability to maintain consistent brand identity and communication style
• Capability to provide direction to doctors or staff during filming
• Understanding of healthcare content requirements and professional standards
